All personal information collected from Users is used solely for the purpose of organising Pink Dot and its activities, and not for commercial purpose. This policy applies to Pink Dot and to any parties providing services on our behalf.

Users have the right to withdraw consent for the use and disclosure of personal information at any time, except where legal obligations require otherwise. Withdrawal requests must be clearly communicated in writing to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

Disclosure to third parties

Unless necessary for data management purposes (e.g., vendors and contractors engaged for software maintenance), or permitted under the PDPA, Pink Dot does not share any User’s personally identifiable information without consent.

Event photography

At private events, we may assume consent to publish Images on our social media and other channels where Users voluntarily pose or permit photography. Users may also inquire about how their personal information is used and disclosed. However, we are not required to comply with a request if the cost is unreasonable to us or if the request is trivial.

We rely on Users to notify us if there is a change to their personal information that may affect their relationship with Pink Dot. If you are aware of an error in our information about you, please let us know and we will correct it on request wherever possible.
